Overview

A blower & diffuser aeration system (diffused aeration) is one of the most widely used solutions for biological wastewater treatment, providing efficient oxygen transfer and uniform mixing across the basin. Compressed air from a blower package is distributed through air headers and laterals to diffusers installed on the tank floor or on retrievable frames. The diffusers release fine or coarse bubbles that transfer oxygen into the mixed liquor and support stable process conditions.
